About this policy

This policy explains what personal data Find My Nest collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We comply with the GDPR and applicable Macedonian data-protection law.

What we collect

Account data — name, email, phone (optional), preferred language, password (hashed). Listing data — anything you post: title, description, photos, address, price. Usage data — pages visited, search queries, device type. Collected via privacy-respecting Vercel Analytics (no individual tracking). Communication — when you contact us, we keep a record of correspondence.

How we use it

To run the platform — match buyers to listings, send enquiries, process subscription payments, send transactional emails. To improve the service — anonymised analytics on how the site is used. To comply with law — when required by court order, legal process, or applicable regulation.

Who we share it with

Buyers see your contact details only after you choose to make them visible (per-listing setting). Service providers we use: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), Neon (database), DeepL (translation), Vercel (hosting). We do not sell personal data.

Where it's stored

Database in the EU (London region). Photos on Cloudflare R2 (no specific region). Email delivery via Resend (EU + US). Backups are encrypted at rest. We retain account data for as long as the account is active, plus a 12-month tail for legal-defence purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by signing in to your account or emailing hello@findmynest.mk. You can object to specific processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Macedonian Personal Data Protection Agency if you believe we've mishandled your data.
