Terms of use — Find My Nest

About these terms

These terms govern your use of Find My Nest, a property classifieds platform operated for the Balkans market. By creating an account, posting a listing, or sending an enquiry, you agree to be bound by them. Find My Nest is the platform — we are not the agent, broker, or party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. Agencies must be properly registered businesses. We may refuse or terminate accounts that misrepresent themselves.

Sellers

You may only list properties you have the right to sell, let, or otherwise market. Listings must be accurate, in good faith, and free of misleading photographs. We may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law without notice.

Buyers

You contact sellers at your own risk. We do not verify the truthfulness of listings beyond reasonable platform safeguards. Always conduct your own legal, structural, and financial due diligence before any property transaction.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, etc.) but grant Find My Nest a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, translate, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the platform. We may use anonymised, aggregated data for analytics.

Fees and refunds

Current subscription fees are published on /pricing. Fees are charged monthly in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods. We may change fees with 30 days' notice; price changes apply only to renewals.

Liability

Find My Nest is provided as-is. We are not liable for the actions of buyers or sellers, the accuracy of listings, the outcome of transactions, or any losses arising from your use of the platform. Where applicable law permits limitation, our maximum liability to you is the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email and on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
